Wood and protection
Most furniture makers usually use just perfect timber, wood without defects because it´s easier to work with, it doesn´t twist, doesn´t crack, etc,.. My timber however is full of knots, muscles, tumors or even fungi damage. Natural defects are much more beautiful and make every product uniqe and original.
Royal Walnut, American Walnut, golden Acacia
or more than 600-years-old italian olive are some
of the real old and rich (OldRich©) pieces of wood we can offer.
Every single centimeter is treated with wax oil
or varnish, depending on purpose.
These treatments will protect your product for generations. Natural-base hard
wax oils penetrate deep into the wood, thus ensuring a breathable open-pored wood surface.
The UV-stable polishable varnish prevents natural yellowing of wood and it is one of our ultra-shiny finish options.
Steel and stainless iron
The combination of wood and iron is very popular as it can provide an elegant
or industrial touch. In the forge there are no design limitations due to the strength of iron. However, we care about practicality
and beauty. Our master blacksmith welds nothing but a comfortable and functional design to the customer's specific wishes. White, black or a wrought look are highly recommended for simplicity
and they match and complement any interior.

From mirror-polished to velvety-ballotinated, attention to detail is guaranteed.
Glass and resin
Table tops are often enriched with safety glass or epoxy. Our glass is laser cut, hand polished and hardened. It is 3 times more flexible and 5 times more resistant to side impact than ordinary glass. Thus, breakage can only occur with brute force. Our glass
is designed to shatter into very tiny blunt splinters therefore there is no risk
of injury.
The crystal clear resin we use is polishable, extremely hard and UV stable. Thanks to
the resin, we can preserve the defects
of wood and create very beautiful details without compromising its practicality and washability.
